Members of the governing body of a charter holder or a member of the governing
body must complete a training course consisting of 12 instructional hours during the first year they serve on the board. Board
members must receive an additional 6 hours of training annually for each year they serve on the board after the first 12 hours of
training are complete.
A business manager, including persons providing management services that
include the functions of a business manager, must complete a training course consisting of 30 instructional hours during the first
year. Business officers must receive an additional 15 hours of training annually for each year they serve as a business officer
after the first 30 hours of training are complete.
A campus administrator, including persons providing management services that
include the functions of a campus administrative officer, must complete a training course consisting of 10 instructional hours. A
campus administrator must receive an additional 5 hours of training annually for each year they serve as a campus administrator
after the first 10 hours of training are complete.
A chief executive officer or a central administrative officer, including
persons providing management services that include the functions of a chief executive officer or central administrative officer,
must complete a training course consisting of 30 instructional hours during the first year. Charter officers must receive an
additional 15 hours of training annually for each year they serve as an officer after the first 30 hours of training are
complete.
